In 2025, the OFD responded to 15,607 incidents across its service areas. The Westside continued to experience the highest call volume, remaining the department’s busiest operational area and accounting for the largest share of total incidents. Call activity in the Northeast and Eastside areas showed continued growth in 2025, reflecting increasing demand for emergency services in these parts of the community. Overall, the 2025 data highlights shifting demand patterns, with sustained high activity on the Westside and increasing service needs in the Northeast and Eastside areas.
